Policies

Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Aurora Rose Salon and Spa LLC and our goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), our refund policies are laid out as such:

1. Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to the salon, so your hair/nails/ or skin can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.

2. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within seven (7) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If a product is opened or used, it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. For all product refunds, a receipt is necessary.

Right to refuse services

The safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. As such, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (such as a new, continuous cough or a fever), or rude/ obnoxious behavior. Thank you for your understanding.

Gift Certificate Policy

*​Gift certificates must be presented at time of service.

*Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.

*Please call Aurora Rose Salon and Spa LLC concerning lost gift certificates.

*All gift certificates are non-refundable.

*Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a 50% service fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full value of the services booked for their “missed” appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist/technician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist/technician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

If for some reason Aurora Rose Salon and Spa must reschedule your appointment, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client. 

Children

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while the consultation is performed. If a Child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service being performed.  A parent/ guardian must be present the entire time and in the room with any child under the age of 18 while receiving a massage or any other body services per state law. 

If a child is present in the salon and creating a risk or safety hazard or displaying rude/ obnoxious behavior and disturbing other guests, they may be asked to leave.

Head Lice

It is against state board policies to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.

Privacy

Information collected is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment, client records of past services, or health related information for some services.  All information is kept confidential between you and your technician, it is never shared or sold, and is stored in a locked filing cabinet.  Please note, if subpoenaed by the court of law, I am obligated to comply.  

Confidentiality during a massage

At no time is anyone other than the person receiving the massage services allowed in the service room unless the client is under the age of 18.
